EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE VICAR

We are seeking to appoint an Executive Assistant to the Vicar as soon as possible.  The post is part-time and requires some flexibility of working hours.   Our Vicar serves All Saints three-days a week and leads New Wine England two-days a week.

The successful candidate will be highly motivated, innovative, creative, and enjoy a challenge.  They will be able to articulate a sense of calling to the role and demonstrate both ability and experience in providing excellent administrative support to a senior leader juggling multiple demands on their finite time, taking a lead on some key areas of the Vicar’s responsibilities and representing him as is appropriate.  The successful candidate will resonate deeply with our theological convictions, vision and values and enjoy working as part of a dynamic and committed team.  They will be self-aware, undefended, good at relating to and connecting with people of all ages and backgrounds, open to growing and developing both personally and in ministry.

YOUTH WORKER

Do you feel called to a role focused on discipling and reaching out to young people with the life changing news of Jesus Christ?

We are looking for someone who will be passionate about walking with our community of youth (11-18 year olds) and who feels called and gifted by God to carry forward and grow our youth ministry. We are looking for someone who can work alongside our youth missioner to operate both within the church, as well as support effective missional strategies to help youth and their families beyond our community to discover God’s love and grace.
