Annual parochial church meeting (APCM)
The APCM is an annual meeting where we as a community can come together and hear updates that have taken place, and look forward to where we are heading in the near future. We intentionally make it a time of prayer and worship, as well as it being a place to find out the latest news in all of the different areas of ministry, as well as how we are faring as a church, an organisation and as a charity.
Within the meeting, votes will be held for the various official positions within the church, as and when there are vacancies. Only members of the electoral roll will be able to cast votes, as well as be eligible to be elected to the various positions. This is not the same as when you may have filled in our normal connect form, as there are more official criteria for being a member of the electoral roll that comes directly from the Church of England.
The next APCM is due to take place on Monday 7th April 2025. There will be further details nearer to the time, however now is the oportunity to add your name onto the electoral roll :
2024 APCM
Monday 22nd April, 7.30 -9.30pm, St Helen’s Church
Thanks to everyone that came to the All Saints Worcester APCM on 22nd April. It was a great evening of celebration and thanks to the Lord for his provision and all he has done in and through us this year, but also to all those who have served and contributed to church life and mission. We are thrilled to announce the outcome of the elections:
Churchwardens
Our churchwardens for the next year are Jenny Prigg and Phil Bristow. Please pray for them; they have important legal responsibilities, but they also hold a vital spiritual, pastoral and missional role of leadership.
PCC members
The people elected to serve on PCC for the next 3 years are Richard Auger, Grahame Lucas , and Amy Williams. We carry one vacancy with this cohort serving until the APCM 2027.
