Leadership Community
A community of leaders joining with God in the renewal of all things.
Leadership community exists to support and encourage one another, discern together what the Lord is leading us into as a church, and invest in our development as leaders.

The Season We’re In
At the last Leadership Community, Rich described the season we’re in as a church like tectonic plates shifting beneath the surface. While this kind of movement can feel unsettling, it’s ultimately a hopeful process. God is at work, reshaping the landscape of His Church to make space for something new and life-giving.
Rich reminded us that, even in the tension and discomfort, this is a season of opportunity. Mountains of possibility are rising, and fertile ground for growth is opening up. It’s an invitation for us, as leaders, to trust in God’s work and to step courageously into the new landscape He’s forming.

Strategic Priorities
The new landscape God is forming as a season of fresh opportunity, calling us to step into three strategic priorities. First, equipping the saints for ministry—helping every believer discover their gifts and step confidently into their God-given calling. Second, empowering the younger generation—raising up leaders who will carry the Church forward with boldness, creativity, and faith. And third, growing & multiplying the church—not just in numbers, but in depth, impact, and our ability to reach those who don’t yet know Jesus.
Who is God calling?
As the needs within All Saints Worcester continue to expand, we believe this is a moment to reflect deeply and prayerfully on how God might be inviting those who belong to All Saints into partnership with Him. As leaders within our church community, we encourage you to consider who God might be placing on your heart—someone you could encourage or give a gentle nudge toward serving opportunities that align with our strategic priorities. Together, we can discern how to empower others to step into God’s calling in this season. Below are short descriptions of these opportunities.
-
Church Wardens: A churchwarden is a key leader in the life and mission of the church, serving as a bridge between the congregation, the clergy, and the wider community. They take on responsibilities ranging from caring for the church's property and ensuring smooth services to fostering unity, supporting pastoral care, and encouraging the spiritual growth of the parish. Through prayerful leadership and practical action, they play a vital role in the church's ministry and mission.
Church Treasurer: A church treasurer plays a crucial role in managing the financial health of the church. They oversee budgets, track income and expenses, ensure transparency, and help the church steward its resources wisely to support its mission and ministry.
